Completed 2021 – $70M The Midland Sale Yards is the largest large format retail development in WA, comprising of approximately 55,000m² of built form spread over 8 buildings on a site bounded by Clayton & Lloyd Streets in Midland. Uses on the site include a Bunnings Hardware, Childcare Centre, Service Station, Food Outlets and national large format retail tenants. The development was required to meet high level design guidelines set by the historical background of the site.
