SUBIACO, WA

This high quality, mixed use office/retail development comprises over 8,000m2 of office space on 2,000m2 floor plates. In addition to the office and retail spaces, the construction provides parking for 215 cars within the basement levels.

The resultant development was the creation of a major office and retail facility within a newly created city block.

The development of this project within the central area of the City of Subiaco required careful integration within existing urban design guidelines and services infrastructure. The resultant development was the creation of a major office and retail facility within a newly created city block.

The project consisted of:

  • 4-storey office block
  • 2-level basement car park
  • Ground floor retail tenancies

The building was designed to target a 4.5 star ABGR rating.
